Having trouble logging into your CFLHSG member account, accessing our private membership only group, or wondering why your membership hasn’t been activated yet?
We’ve put together this quick guide to explain the most common access issues and what to do if you need assistance.

Just Registered? Please Allow Time for Activation
If you recently registered or renewed your CFLHSG membership, your account may simply still be processing.
Please allow 6 to 10 days for your payment to fully process and your membership account to be activated.
Central Florida Homeschool Group is a volunteer-led homeschool community, and several parts of our membership setup currently have to be completed manually on the backend.
Our volunteers complete these tasks in between working full-time, homeschooling our own children, caring for our families, planning events and field trips, and managing group communications.
We work through new memberships as quickly as possible, but membership activation is not immediate.
We greatly appreciate your patience while we get everything set up for your family.

Having Trouble Logging Into Your Member Account?
If your membership has already been activated but you’re having trouble logging in, first make sure you’re using the same email address associated with your membership registration. If you paid using ApplePay or GooglePay, be sure your email address was updated there when your purchase was made too.
You can also try:
Resetting your password
Checking your email for previous account or activation messages
Trying another browser or device
Closing and reopening your browser before attempting to log in again
If you’re still unable to access your account, please contact us directly so we can look into the issue for you.

Can’t Access Our Private Membership Only Group Chat?
Our private membership group is reserved for active, registered CFLHSG families.
If you recently joined, access may not be available until your membership registration has been processed and your account has been activated.
NOTE: We have several group chats and a public channel you can follow. "Event Update" chats are available to the public to keep you informed. There is only one membership only main chat group—and it requires a membership in order to join. That is where we post direct priority access ticket links along with exact details of events.
If your membership is already active and you’re still unable to access the appropriate private group, please contact us so we can verify your membership and help get you connected.

If something doesn’t look right with your account, please contact CFLHSG directly rather than relying on another group member to troubleshoot the issue or posting comments on social media that is often missed to mass notifications we receive daily.
Our Contact page contains all of our current official contact methods, allowing you to choose whichever option works best for you.
When contacting us about an account or membership issue, please include:
Your first and last name
The email address used for your membership
A brief description of the issue
A screenshot of any error message, if applicable
Providing this information in your first message helps us locate your account and assist you much faster.

Central Florida Homeschool Group is operated by homeschool families who volunteer their time to create affordable field trips, activities, educational opportunities, and community for families throughout Central Florida.
While we try to process requests and respond as quickly as possible, some things require additional time behind the scenes.
If you’ve recently registered, please allow the full 7-day processing period before contacting us regarding activation.
If it has been longer than 10 days, or you believe something is wrong with your account, please reach out. We’re happy to take a look and help.
