Ahhhh!!! The day is almost here, and our Gaylord ICE! pricing is officially finalized!
We are currently working on getting our ticketing page published and hope to have tickets LIVE by this weekend!
This year, families will have THREE dates to choose from:
Thursday, November 19, 2026 — Individual/Family Day
Saturday, November 21, 2026 — Individual/Family Day Expected to sell out quickly!
Thursday, December 10, 2026 — Official CFLHSG Group Meetup

Originally, we announced that we would NOT have discounted CIRQUE tickets… but we found a way to make it happen!
Please note that CIRQUE pricing will be for standard seating. Pricing is subject to change if the venue modifies its rates. In the unlikely event that happens, we’ll keep everyone informed.
Unfortunately, the venue was not able to provide discounted rates on the remaining add-on attractions.
BUT…
You will still have the option to purchase those attractions directly through our group at the same price offered online, allowing you to purchase everything together in one convenient transaction.

Scavenger Hunt Money-Saving Tip!
You do NOT need to purchase one scavenger hunt booklet for every person in your family.
If you’re trying to save a little money, your entire family can work together using one booklet.
Just remember:
One booklet = one prize at the end.
If you would like each child to receive their own prize, you’ll want to purchase one booklet per child.

We recommend purchasing at least one scavenger hunt booklet per family, because we’ll be completing the scavenger hunt together during our official group meetup!

Individual Family Days vs. Official Group Meetup
We want families to know what to expect when selecting their date.
November 19 & November 21
November is going to be a VERY busy month for our family between our BIG homeschool group cruise, sleeper train adventure , Thanksgiving travel and visiting family back home.
Because of that, November 19 and November 21 will be Family/Individual Experience Days rather than organized CFLHSG meetups.
You’ll still receive access to our discounted group pricing — you’ll simply enjoy ICE! at your family’s own pace rather than participating in a structured meetup with us.
This is actually perfect for families who prefer exploring independently or with friends from our group!
December 10 — Official CFLHSG Meetup!
As of right now, December 10 is our planned official group meetup date.
If you’d like the more traditional CFLHSG experience — meeting other homeschool families, exploring together and participating in some activities as a group — this is the date you’ll want!
And personally… I’m hoping to score a hotel stay that night too.
So if anyone wants to turn ICE! into an unofficial homeschool family SLUMBER PARTY, I am absolutely here for it.

What About Hotel Discounts?
We know several families may want to turn ICE! into an overnight Christmas getaway.
We have reached out regarding possible hotel group rates, but we want to be completely transparent:
Discounted hotel rooms are NOT guaranteed.
We attempted to arrange this last year, and unfortunately the group discount offered was only a few dollars cheaper than the regular rate. At that point, it simply wasn’t worth the additional coordination involved.
We’re checking again this year and will absolutely share an update IF we receive a hotel offer that’s actually worthwhile for our families.

Depending on the current card offer, eligible cardholders may be able to earn points or free-night awards that can be redeemed toward future Marriott stays through our referral link below.

When Do Tickets Go On Sale?
We’re hoping to have our official ICE! ticketing page LIVE by this Monday!
Once tickets are available, we’ll make an official announcement in our CFLHSG WhatsApp community.
Registered CFLHSG Members Get Priority Access!
Registered group members will receive 48 HOURS of priority ticket access before remaining tickets are released to nonmembers.
After those first 48 hours, any remaining availability will open to everyone.
Saturday, November 21 is expected to be especially popular and may sell out quickly.
